[*]Manage the daily activities of the company operations. These activities include but are not limited to: Service, Sales, PM, Operations.
[*]Develop the standard procedures for all the company operations, ensure all the operations in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and rules.
[*]Responsible for document & file management of the company, and submit them to headquarter for review and backup.
Qualifications
[*]1+ years office management experience
[*]At least Bachelor's Degree in administration management or equivalent experience
[*]Strong PC skills. Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, and Excel)
