Our centrally located Barcelona office organizes a variety of corporateevents within the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, and Congresses &Events) throughout Spain. Our clients are international agencies or corporateclients from all over the world. Due to an unprecedented growth of the Chinesemarket our China department is rapidly expanding and we are looking for aChinese Project Manager to manage & develop our Chinese business in Spain.This is an exciting role for the right candidate.   

The Role

You will work closely with clients, building strongrelationships that enable you to understand their needs, interpret briefs anddeliver innovative and engaging corporate events. As Chinese Event Project

Manager your role will include:

·        Sourcing and developingnew Chinese business in Spain through a variety of channels

·        Client liaison thatinspires faith and trust in the delivery.

·        Creating flawless event& tour proposals including cost estimates & budgets

·        Planning andexecuting corporate travel & event programs

·        Sourcing andnegotiating with providers in Spain

·        Travelling toevents across Spain   

Profile required

·        Demonstratedexperience of the travel & MICE industry in Spain related to the Chinesemarket with a track record in sales, marketing & project management.  

·        Passion forbusiness development

·        Languages: FluentMandarin Chinese, Spanish & English

·        Personal contactswithin the Chinese market highly desirable

·        Confident andproactive team member with interpersonal skills

·        Able to work on multipleprojects simultaneously prioritizing a heavy workload  

·        Strongadministrative, organizational & time management skills

·        Strong computerskills and essential software packages including Excel and Word.

·        Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills & able towork independently

Incentive Europe es una DMC (Destination Mangement company) con más de 30años de trayectoria  con sede central enÁmsterdam, Países Bajos y oficinas en Barcelona, Beijing & Shenzhen, China.Desde nuestra oficina en Barcelona gestionamos eventos MICE (Meetings,Incentives, and Congresses & Events) en España, nuestros clientes sonagencias internacionales e importantes empresas multinacionales.  Estamos seleccionando un Project Managerchino para gestionar y desarrollar nuestro negocio proveniente de China enEspaña.     

El Puesto

El Project Manager trabajará con nuestros clientes desarrollando fuertes relacionesde negocios que permitan conocer sus necesidades y proporcionar eventoscorporativos atractivos e innovadores. Como Project Manager del mercado Chinoel puesto incluirá las siguientes funciones:

·        Desarrollar el mercadochino MICE en España

·        Reforzar relacionescon clientes

·        Creación de propuestasMICE incluyendo cotizaciones y manejo de presupuestos

·        Planear y ejecutarprogramas MICE

·        Negociación conproveedores

·        Viajar a eventos enEspaña

  

Perfil requerido

·        Imprescindibleexperiencia en el sector MICE en España en el mercado chino con una historialen ventas, marketing y manejo de proyectos

·        Pasión para desarrollode negocios

·        Idiomas: Chinomandarín y español fluidos (inglés es una ventaja)

·        Contactos personalesen el mercado chino muy deseables

·        Trabajo en equipo ycalidades interpersonales, carácter decisivo

·        Capacidad de trabajaren proyectos múltiples con capacidad de priorizar

·        Habilidadesadministrativas y organizativas

·        Muy buenas habilidadesinformáticas y conocimiento del paquete office

·        Resolución deproblemas y capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente
