In accordance with Spanish and European Data Protectionregulations the candidate is hereby informed about that personal data providedby email, or in case you reached Huawei through a headhunter or external recruiter,personal data communicated to Huawei by them, will be filed in a file owned byHuawei Technologies España, S.L. with address at Calle Isabel Colbrand 22,28050 Madrid (Spain), data controller of your data, with the only purpose ofmanaging the candidate selection process.

The candidate, by sending this emails, expressly consentsthe processing of his/her personal data by Huawei.  

The candidate is also informed about that transfer to othercompanies of Huawei group could mean, in some cases, an international datatransfer, even to countries that do not provide the same level of protection asthe Spanish and European regulations provide. The candidate, by sending thismail, expressly consents such international transfers, and expressly statesthat he/she understands that they are necessary for the right execution of thecandidate selection process.
