1.境外客服（葡/西/德/法/英）

工作职责：

1、为玩家提供完善的服务，建立玩家与游戏公司沟通的桥梁；

2、游戏相关问题的收集与受理；

3、使用电子邮件、互联网工具为客户进行问题解答与处理，接受客户关于游戏方面的咨询、查询、投诉和建议等问题；

4、为项目运营中的其他工作项提供支持

任职资格：

1、精通对应语言，母语优先；

2、具备中文沟通能力，方便内部沟通

3、沟通表达能力良好，具备较好的服务意识；

4、对游戏行业有发展兴趣；喜欢二次元文化

Job responsibilities:

1. Providing perfect customer service for players, and establishing bridges between players and company;

2. Collection and acceptance of game related issues;

3. Handle the questions from customers while using email and internet tools, and accept the questions about the game advice, inquiries, complaints and suggestions;

4. Providing support in other projects for operation team

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in needed language, prefer native speaker;

2, Ability to communicate in Chinese, facilitate communication within the team;

3. Good communication skills and good service awareness;

4, Interested in the game industry; like ACG culture

2.游戏本地化（葡/西/德/法/英）

岗位职责：

1. 负责米哈游系列产品海外服以及港澳台服发行的语言支持工作，包括游戏、漫画本地化，日常运营语言支持等;

2. 负责游戏本地化内容测试，保证本地化内容在游戏内呈现的质量；

3. 协调组内和部门内的沟通，收集整理本地化相关问题，反馈并跟进修复；

4. 关注玩家问题和反馈，并基于对当地语言和文化的了解，协助优化游戏；

5. 协助完善各类游戏线上、线下活动；协助发展游戏社区；

6. 进行各类型传播&宣传内容的创意及输出。

岗位要求：

1. **语言为以下其中一种语言：英/德/法/俄/日/韩/繁/泰/印尼/越南/西班牙/葡萄牙，（掌握多门语言优先），有深厚的语言功底和创作能力。

2. 精通简体中文；

3. 本科及以上学历；

4. 热爱二次元文化，热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏经验，熟练掌握多类型游戏的文本风格；

5. 了解当地玩家，尤其是二次元玩家属性&偏好；

6. 富有想法和创意，擅长各类型游戏传播&宣传内容的创意及产出；

7. 具有优秀的信息检索、提取、归纳能力和对新事物的学习能力；

8. 具有优秀的团队合作能力，沟通能力和执行能力；工作认真细致负责，有强烈的自我驱动力。

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the localization of miHoYo's products, including games, manga and daily operation language support etc.

2. Be responsible for localization content testing, and ensure content language quality.

3. Liaise with your immediate team and wider department, recording localization issues, providing feedback and following up on necessary changes.

4. Monitor player feedback and issues, and assist in optimizing content in accordance with target market language and culture.

5. Assist with the execution of online and offline events to help foster the game's community.

6. Participate in the creation of various promotional and advertising content.

Requirements:

1. First language is one of the following languages (Native fluency in more than 1 language is a plus):

English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian.

2. Be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).

3. Have a bachelor's degree or higher.

4. Love anime and gaming (with vast gaming experience), and have an understanding of the appropriate language for use in different game types.

5. Understand the nature and preferences of players in your applicable region(s), especially players who like to play anime games.

6. Have ideas and creativity, and be adept in the creation of promotional content for different game types.

7. Possess excellent skills in sourcing, extracting, and summarizing information, with the ability to learn new skills and pick up new ideas quickly.

8. Possess excellent teamwork, communication and execution skills, while being able to autonomously take charge of one's own role and responsibilities.
